efficient kidney and urinary function and in reducing renal discomfort. It is
effective in treating urinary tract disorders because it promotes the flow of

well, renal health is maintained by nitrogen, which acts as a renal stimulant.
Rasayan Dravya-
According to Ayurveda, tissue damage
can be prevented and repaired by Rasayana for Mutravaha Srotas (urinary
system). Rasayanas have the ability to improve the immunity of tissues and hence
increase the resistance of the tissues. It will
increase excretion filtration
by increasing RBC & HB (Rakta bhar vridhi ) whereby it acts as anti-inflammatory
(shothaghna) and overcome Urine retention (muttrakrichha).
Anti Emetic and Digestive Dravya
helps in the reduction of vomiting and
sensation of vomiting as well. It increases appetite and also improves digestion.
For this reason, pitta pacifying tablet was also administered which works like
Proton Pump Inhibitor (pantop).

diuretic accompanied by an increase in sodium excretion.
CONCLUSION

encouraging results during the management of Chronic Kidney Disease. Laboratory
tests showed good improvement within two months and serum creatinine, blood
urea, and albuminuria were reduced to a good extent. The patient has shown great
relief in all the signs and symptoms. The general condition of the patient is
also improved. With this treatment demand for dialysis is eliminated, inpatient.
Currently, the patient is living a healthy and happy life. This treatment approach is
a safe and effective alternative in case of kidney failure. The patient’s creatinine
is lowered to 4mg/dl from 7 mg/dl in two months of treatment & the patient
needs not to think about dialysis or transplant now. Her Haemoglobin has also
increased from 8 mg/dl to 10.3 g/dl. Urine output increased to about 2 liters. She
is still on ayurvedic medicine of kidney failure & enjoying a healthy life: going to school, able to enjoy sports & other leisure activities. Thanks
